Teachers
Whilst we aren’t careers gurus or leaders, we are subject specialists. By having passion for and within our subject disciplines, and ensuring our teaching remains rooted in the Gospel values, we can inspire young people to make the choices about their futures that are right for them.
We make our curriculum relevant and linked to skills, knowledge and practices required in the work place. We expose pupils to the careers that our subject areas open up to them. By making the most of careers week, external links and contacts, we infuse our curriculum with careers information to give our pupils informed and relevant experiences of the world of work. We point pupils in the right direction to receive good, solid careers advice when they seek it.
