Memorial Garden Service

On the feast day of St John Paul II, our Year 7 pupils attended a service to open the memorial garden in the grounds of our school. There are plaques on the bench and special bricks inlaid in the walls with the names of past staff and pupils who have passed away. The pupils led the worship with readings and psalms from the bible, prayers for the deceased and a hymn. Fr. Luiz blessed the memorial garden and the pupils' lit candles and took time to reflect as they placed them on the memorial wall.
