SALAD Day

On Monday we had a SALAD morning in school. SALAD is Speaking and Listening activities where we break from our traditional timetable to offer pupils different opportunities to learn. 

Activities included getting ready for university life including budgeting, food planning and preparing cheap nutritious meals, First Aid and CPR, creating board games and financial management. We host these mornings each half term to allow pupils to experience different learning opportunities and to provide more opportunities to develop their oracy.
