Year 9 Immunisations - 4 February 2020

Year 9 are invited to have a booster vaccination on Tuesday 4 February 2020.  Letters have been sent home and we would be grateful if you could return the signed form back to school at your earliest convenience.  It is highly recommended that your child has breakfast on that morning and that they wear a light tee-shirt under their school shirt.  Thank you.
