Year 11 triple scientists were displaying excellent dissecting skills in their practical session this week. The kidney was dissected to identify kidney tubules and the various structures in the kidney.

Our Christmas Craft Club which takes place on Wednesday's after school with Mrs Nichol is now in full swing, this week the pupils were making festive gift tags.

Our mission at St John Henry Newman Catholic School is for every child in our local community to have a gift to open at Christmas. Well done to all the pupils who took part in the Cumbria School Gymnastics Competition at the North Lakes Gymnastics Club in Penrith. Each gymnast showcased the brilliant routines they created as well as performing a vault. All pupils represented the school incredibly well and should be proud of the work they put in creating their routines as well ...
