Our Year 7's have been learning all about the amount of sugar contained in certain foods. They have experimented with reduced sugar fairy cakes. The Rt Rev Paul Swarbrick visited the school on Friday 22 October 2021 to commemorate the official opening of St John Henry Newman School with the celebration of Holy Mass in joy and thanksgiving to Almighty God and in hope of grace and future blessings.

Well done to Year 7 pupils who represented the school on Friday in the County Schools Cross Country event at QEGS. Chloe B crossed the line in 49th place with Charley R following in 63rd out of 115.
