On Thursday 28th February 2019 a group of Year 7 students will have the opportunity to take part in a range of fun, interactive and educational sessions assisted by current University students.  The focus will be on increasing awareness of Higher Education, raising their aspirations and improve their teamwork skills.

Newman Catholic School have been invited to send a group of student delegates to the annual Commonwealth Service in Westminster Abbey, London, on Monday 11 March 2019.

​Well done to the students who performed in the U Dance Cumbria event on Tuesday 12 February at Theatre by the Lake. 

We are proud to offer students the opportunity to enter a photography competition ran by the Rotary Club. Students are encouraged to use smart phones or digital cameras to take their photographs. Each image should be of A MAXIMUM SIZE OF 1500 x 1050 dpi.
