Congratulations to the year 9 boys who represented Newman at the County Rugby 10's Festival at QEGS . They competed in 3 tough games; drawing against Cockermouth, and losing to Netherhall & Workington Academy. Tries were scored by Jakub Pakula (x3) and Brooke Dixon (x1). The boys performed excellently, which is reflective of the hard work the school has put in with the RFU to develop rugby within the school this year. Mr Cameron, PE Department.
